Will our product data and customer records carry over?
Yes. Products, collections, customer records, order history. We check everything before the old store goes offline.
How long does a migration take?
Most migrations take 3-6 weeks depending on how big the store is and how much needs moving. Clear estimate after we look at what you have.
Will we lose our Google rankings when we move to Shopify?
Not if it's handled properly. We map every URL, set up 301 redirects, and carry over all metadata before launch. We've done this for multiple clients and none of them lost rankings making the switch.
What platforms can you migrate from?
WooCommerce, Magento, BigCommerce, custom builds, and most other platforms. If you're on something less common, bring it to the call.
What does ongoing support cost?
Retainers start at 15 hours a month, scoped to what you actually need. Fixed monthly cost, no surprises.
Can our team manage the store without a developer?
